Please allow me to write again.
Aberration is fixed(max of year is 20"49552).It is fluctuated only by earth's motion.Not fluctuated by light source's motion(If photons are fluctuated by light source's motion,its element may be maintained even of far star(*)).Then I ask that aberration is observed about man-made star(put on like mountain side) or not?If not observed what difference is between solar star and man made light source?
If observed,solar system's motion may be measured(several light sources are required) to at least km/sec level.Also it may mean that there is standstill coordinate or ether in space.Also it may mean that all view we see on the earth is somewhat warped.
* Another explanation
A star named Bernald running star is.At moving direction of it,suppose a planet,on which intellectual creature lives.They may say "Light from Bernald running star is same c in space,because aberration is same to other stars".
From this situation,we may be able to say that light ball's advence ignore light source's motion even of side direction.
