Greetings:
As you know, a true science is without the dfferentiation of East,
West,South, North;Past, Present, and Future. In order to arrive such a
unified higher horizon, we must thoroughly understand both Oriental
Scientific Frames and Western Scientific Frames; and make a sutdy on both the
ancient civilization and modern science and technology.
We have, via this MiniEPostOffice, systematically introduced the
following Pansystems Frames:

1. About the Time---Time is a metric for change. Without change,
without the need for time. Since change is relative, time is of relativity.
2. About Mechanics---Forces are a space-time relations, which agrees
with Walter Ritz's opinions, and are the metric of the intensity of the
Pansystems' change relative to the space and time. Change follows the
cause-effect laws.
Since Mechanics is a study on forces, Mechanics is actually a
discipline studying cause-effect laws. Under such a frame---Oriental Scientific
Frames shake hands with Western Science.
3.About the Universe---Universe is made of the Pansystems Quanta which
is the ensemble of the Pansymmetry Set and Pansymmetry Direct Product.
Pansymmetry is a generalization of symmetry, anti-symmetry, and broken
symmetry, and is with the invariance among changing things as the core
element.
Pansystems Quanta contains any change which follows the Iron Law of
from Being Born to Being Dead (The Law of Sheng and Mie)and also contains
any permanent invariance. The Law of Sheng and Mie is a special
Pansymmetry which contains any thing changing. Pansystems Quanta is the
exclusive entity of this Universe and is the whole of this Universe. Any
thing changing in this Universe is a part, a shadow and a Blind Dirac
Transformation of the Pansystems Quanta, and Pansystemms Quanta is the Only
Entity which never changes and at the same time contains any changing
thing.
4.About the PanRelativity Laws. Anything in this Universe follows the 3
PanRelativity Laws which are all cause-effect laws.

Law II is the Theoretical Frame of Pan-Relativity;

electrical mechanics, Quantum Mechanics'basic facts, etc.

The Pansystems Frame about the Space is of the following
characteristics
(1)Space is Without Body;
(2)Space has No Differentiation of Being and Not Being;
(3)Space has No Differentiation of Coming and No Coming;
(4)Space has No Differentiation of Coming and Going;
(5)Space is filled any where which is empty and any where which is of
things;
(6)Space is of NO CHANGE and contains any change;
(7)Space is of NO NEED FOR TIME as a constant ENTITY.
As you can see that Pansystems is a new science based on the Whole
Scientific Civilization of Human Being. Pansystems is learning from any
true scientific study and is improving herself constantly. Therefore
Pansystems Science is of a bright future.
