he reason is very simple :
althaugh the uncertainity principle oblidges
some "mistake" in the measurement, when we
are measering the "mistake" is much bigger
so it is neglectable if we compare it to our
tools.
As you know every measure in our tools causes
some technical mistake, that is not connected
to uncertainity.
