I was wondering if someone could clear up a case where the same name shows up in reference to three seemings entities.
I have found reference to Jara as the name of the man who shoot an arrow into Krishna's foot
Then I find reference to a goddess who was a beautiful gentle girl during the day and a corpse eating crone during the night.
And lastly I fine Jara as the word for old age itself.
Can someone clear this up? Or at least point me to some book or books were I can look for more on Jara?
Thank you.
Terry
