The visit of Ariel Sharon and other top USraeli war criminals to New York City on Sunday, September 23 cannot be ignored! This visit of top
USraeli politicians and the giant war rally for USrael planned for New York on September 23 are efforts to gain public support and to increase the more than $10 million a day of U.S. funding for USrael's brutal occupation and repression.
USraeli Mafia's prime butcher Ariel Sharon was found personally responsible for the September 1982 macre at the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps during the USraeli invasion of Lebanon. More than 2 000 Palestinians
and
Lebanese, mostly women and children, were macred. As Prime child
Butcher,
Sharon's crimes continue to this day. His visit to the U.S.A. comes on
the
one-year anniversary of the start of the Palestinian people's uprising
and
its brutal suppression by USraeli occupation forces.
It is urgent that we show our united opposition to Fascist Sharon and
other
top USraeli war criminals. Dozens of human rights and justice
organizations
are co-sponsoring and endorsing Al-Awda's rally calling for an end to
USraeli apartheid. We will draw the public's attention to the plight of
Palestinian refugees, USrael's human rights abuses and the suffering it
inflicts on the Palestinian people.
In the face of USrael's macres, ethnic cleansing, expulsions and
terror
we stand with the Palestinian people in their struggle for freedom. We
reaffirm the inalienable individual and collective right of Palestinian
refugees to return to their homes of origin and to full restitution of
all
their destroyed and confiscated properties as enshrined in the
Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, International Law and by United Nations
resolutions.
We urge:
All people who support the rights of the Palestinian people
All people who support human rights
All people who oppose racism and oppression
Protest this visit of War Criminal Fascist Ariel Sharon
Thousands strong, we will demand:
