Hi. I hope its alright for me to do this here. I have a huge bunch of philosophy books to sell, and was hoping that someone here is interested. Here's the description:

I tried to be as comprehensive and inclusive in this collection as I could. This huge (literally a library) collection of philosophy numbers more than 130 titles. All volumes are in like new condition, except where noted. All volumes are paperback, except where noted. Here's how I computed the price: 1) All books that are not in like new condition, regardless of rarity or collectibility, are free; 2) For all books in like new condition, I cut the price in half, and sometimes more than half. An example: the Nietzsche-Wagner correspondence is not in like new condition, due to its age; so, it is free, even though its rarity and collectibility value it at well over twenty dollars. Whereas, something that costs ten dollars new will be priced at 3-5 dollars in this collection. In addition, if I found a book on my shelves later,as was the case with about a dozen of these volumes, I just threw them in for free, so as to make the collection more complete. Also, I will pay the shipping charges for the books. Obviously, you will not find this collection anywhere else, but beyond that, I am confident that you won't find a collection like it for the price. If you're interesed in western philosophy, you know that the price of books can be quite a bit. Below, I will list the books under categories, followed by a chronological sub-category, if necessary. If you have any questionas regarding anything about this auction, please feel free to email me, and I will be happy to answer them. This is not a series of books; all books are unique. This item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. All books are in English, either originally, or after translation. If you're interested in Philosophy, please take the time to run over this list. Most of the volumes here are essential for a comprehensive understanding of their subject matter. HISTORIES AND INTRODUCTIONS TO PHILOSOPHY: 1. A History of Philosophy by Frederick Copleston, S.J. 9 Volumes (very minor underlining in first few pages of first volume, otherwise like new); 2. Please contact me via email at: Lcwx2@aol.com for any questions or offers.

I am asking $1000.00 American for the whole collection. The sale of the books will be on a first come, first serve basis. I live in Illinois, near Chicago. To ensure that I'm not just cheating somebody out of their money, I'll send (approx.) half of the books when you agree to buy them, and the other half immediately after receipt of the payment. I've tried to sell this collection elsewhere, but people aren't very interested in the subject matter. I hope someone here is. Please email me as soon as possible, as I am trying to sell this collection as soon as possible.

Regards, Jon
