I am seeking the source of the following Coleridge
quote and would be grateful for any help on this:
"What if you slept? And what if, in your sleep,
you dreamed? And what if, in your dream, you went
to heaven and there plucked a strange and beautif
ul flower? And what if, when you awoke, you had t
he flower in your hand? Ah, What then?" I would
appreciate an e-mail if possible to sfreader@hot
mail.com
This is for a forthcoming book on another topic.
Thanks.
