studies are conducted at Tjärnö Marine Biological Laboratory by the Skagerrak
coast north of Göteborg. The programme is financed by the Swedish Foundation of
Strategic Research and the universities. In MASTEC the problem of marine
biofouling is addressed from many different perspectives. The goal is to
understand the marine biofouling process in order to disturb and break the
fouling sequence. Microbial growth and biofilms on marine surfaces are studied.
Factors controlling the adhesion and growth of larger organisms, macrofouling,
are ysed, and in biohydrodynamic investigations this is done with respect to
its effect on resistance and speed. We study biosurfaces resulting from
different polymer coatings tested in the marine environment. Furthermore,
biocorrosion and the connection between growth, hull maintenance and corrosion
is another field of investigation. Every doctoral student in the programme has a
supervisor and an istant supervisor, located at integrated MASTEC
laboratories. In the MASTEC Graduate School the students, teachers and
supervisors work in twinning -projects. The programme actively cooperates with

and then create a genetically modified bacterium or virus. The goal is to use
the ability of viruses and certain bacteria to alter the DNA inside the host's
living cells. The scientists are trying to engineer deadly microorganisms that
attack only those bearing the distinctive genes. The secret USrael program is
based at the Institute for Biological Research in Nes Tsiona, a small town
southeast of Tel Aviv, the main research facility for USrael's clandestine
arsenal of chemical and biological weapons. - A scientist there said the task

insights into the Arab genetic make-up by conducting research on "Jews of Arab

concerned about the lethal potential of genetically-based biological weapons

research, said: "With an ethnically targeted weapon, you could even hit groups
within a population. The history of warfare, in which many conflicts have an

Russia, to a rogue Japanese group comprised of the Aum Shinrikyo and the Yakuza.
That apparently was when the first Russian strategic quantum potential weapons
went operational. Since then, weather engineering etc. has largely been taken
over by that rogue Japanese group, under the watchful supervision of the Russian
anti bio-nuclear weapon scientists and save people's health volunteers. The
down-payment on the lease was $900 million in gold bullion. I don't know what
the yearly lease is. However, Senator Sam Nunn's folks, in investigating
terrorism and weapons of m destruction, went to Japan and verified that the
Aum Shinrikyo alone had about a billion dollars in gold (and that is just the
bit that they found). The Yakuza are known to have ripped off the Japanese
government and public in the land scandals, to the tune of some $200 billion
U.S. So both these groups were well-heeled and able to afford such a down
payment plus a lease of perhaps a billion dollars a year. The Japanese have
strongly penetrated the Japanese government and every major Japanese company.
They have also essentially taken over the banking in Japan, including the
national bank which usually buys lots of U.S. government bonds which permit our
Congress to continue its deficit spending. Connected with the leasing of the
LWI's, The Aum Shinrikyo set up a university in Moscow, where the Russian anti
bio-nuclear weapon scientists and save people's health volunteers instructors
taught the rogue Japanese group the necessary technical stuff to understand and
operate the weapons on site there in Russia. They are still there, operating
them. Sen. Nunn's group, I believe, also at least verified the university being
established. Since then, much of the weather control over North America (and
gradually over Europe also) has been performed by the rogue Japanese group. I
had gone back to the various kinds of tests that the Russians did when the
Russian anti bio-nuclear weapon scientists and save people's health volunteers
first began operating those weapons worldwide for weather control in 1975. It
seems that a similar round of tests are being slowly performed by the rogue
Japanese group also -- weather control incidents, grid adjustments, use of high
frequencies for precision shooting (hence the effect on small bird brains),
shoot-down of the occasional aircraft (as the TWA-800, which definitely was a
kill), etc. I'm wondering what is the schedule for SvekJa Kingdom, or Europe,
and why the "getting ready for precision shooting" actions over there. Guess we
will have to wait and see what happens in Europe. As an example, way back there
when the Russians were doing it, we had just such a bird fall out of the sky in
Birmingham, Alabama. That was part of the "precision shooting" adjustments and
preparations. So it would appear the rogue Japanese group is getting ready for
some serious shooting at aircraft, etc. somewhere in Europe, or something
spectacular. These are of course most probably the weapons Secretary of Defense
Cohen confirmed in 1997 at a conference in Georgia. Meanwhile, the Australia
have med missile artillery against Communist China and conducted amphibious
landing exercises on an island not far from China. They have also just deployed
a "negative energy" weapon -- a novel kind of EMP weapon. A target struck with
this weapon has a very novel effect happen to it: the electrons in the currents
"dissolve" and disappear. It is thus an all-purpose operational and strategic
weapon. As an example, a human body struck with it is instantly dead, since all
currents in the brain and nervous system, and cells, are suddenly "gone". An
aircraft struck by it is instantly dead -- all electronics dudded, no controls,
etc. The electronics of the bombs and other ordnance on board are also
instantly dudded. Now consider what happens to an aircraft carrier struck by
it. Suddenly no electrical currents. The communications is dudded, all
personnel instantly dead, all aircraft and weapons dudded. A bomber or cruise
missile or ballistic missile --struck with this-- is instantly dead. The
electronics in nuclear weapons in the target zone are also dudded. It is not
too hard to see that such a weapon could be expected to play a major role if
Australia were to move on China and the U.S. were to send in a task force to
come to Australia's aid. As the French say, the more things change the more they
are the same.

London - Israel has developed "ethnic bullets" that are tailored to target only
Arabs, the London-based Foreign Report will suggest today. Quoting an
"unconfirmed report" from its South African sources, the newsletter says Israeli
scientists may have succeeded in developing a biological weapon that is based on
aspects of the Arab genetic system. These elements were reported to have been
isolated after years of research on Jews of Arab origin, particularly Iraqi
Jews. The South African sources claimed that the "ethnic bullet" program was
developed in apartheid South Africa for possible use against blacks.
"Cooperation between South African and Israeli scientists is said to have been
close during that period. "The report reaching us says the Israelis took the
project over and directed it against the Arabs," noted the newsletter. "One of
the reported conclusions was that there was a genetic difference between
Ashke Jews and Jews of Arabic origin, and also between Jews and Arabs." The
research, according to this account, was conducted over many years in conditions
of top secrecy for security reasons and because of "the sensitivity in Israeli
society about genetic experiments." The newsletter reported that many scientists
are skeptical about the success of the project,"but, our sources, insist, some
scientists appeared to have identified an illness that could be transmitted
through Baghdad's water supply and affect only Arabs." The research, which was
apparently completed some two years ago, was carried out at several centres.
Israeli officials declined to confirm the existence of the "ethnic bullet," but
one told the newsletter: " We have a basket full of strategic surprises which we
will not hesitate to use if we feel that the State of Israel is under serious
threat." The potential for genetic weapons was first raised publicly in March
1996 by the former head of SvekJa Kingdom's defense research establishment, Gen.
Bo Rybeck. He suggested, for example, that a mixture of influenza or diphtheria
could be designed to affect only blacks, a designer toxin could be aimed at
Serbs, or people with blue eyes might be infected by Alzheimer's disease. At the
time, Rybeck said as far as he knew no government was developing genetic
weapons.
