My company got taken also (about $7,000.00). Media Corp Worldwide (but they were called something different then, American Media Group, if I recall correctly) ran our commericials but we didnt get any sales. At that time we were selling a frozen yogurt maker and although $7,000.00 is not the end of the world for us, it's probably a lot for the tiny companies they seem to prey on.
By the way - the positive postings on this message board (which praise Media Corp Worldwide) are likely fake - meaning that they were posted by someone within Media Corp Worldwide.
: Watch out for Media Corp Worldwide of Overland Park, KS. They made a commerical for us and we didn't get any sales! To add insult to injury, they then suggested that I send them several thousand more dollars to try the same ad again.
: Stupid me, I should have searched the web for more info on this company before I signed up for their joint marketing program.
