 WWII Stats

I am looking for an expert to guide me in the correct direction. I am a Mathematics Teacher in 8th grade and I could use some help. I need to find a bunch of statistical information about WWII, so that I may teach data analysis to my students. I would like to look at resources, casualties, land, etc. to start the process. Does anyone know a good place to obtain these stats?
