I was an officer and then commanding officer on the SC732 (not 723)in New Guinea, Philippines, Halmahera's, and Borneo during WWII.
If you have any questions that I might help you with, let me know. I have no recollection of the SC723.
I have lost contact with all of the old crew, except for my Exec and a MotorMac, and would love to contact them. They were a great group.
