Put a knee through the my 1999 6.3m NeilPryde Gybe,, am a year into the sport & have not experienced a broken sail yet,, First, is the sail repairable? (do not know the name of the clear material that makes up the panel,, mylar?),, Second, the sail is splitting near the downhaul area,,, where the mast meets the sail at the bottom,, I noticed the 2001 has a liner around the area where mine is tearing,, I imagine if it's repairable,, I should add a similiar liner for reinforcement,, any info much appreciated
