Fart-like wind excites me at this level of the
learning curve. I understand what you are saying.
Never the less, when you got the fever you got
to do something about it, particularly with all
this semi-up-to-date, new to me equipment...at
least to kill the bug. I could not go out to the lake
this afternoon, work-related. Also, I guess I found
new pleasure in hearing the silly voice from the
wind talker saying average winds of 4 mph when I am
not there, whew!!! Looks like the front coming through
has stalled. Tomorrow should be good though.
I need to stick around, work-related. I might
just pack up in the afternoon and head for Lola.
I found this neat place there where I can park my van,
no charge, right on the water, gry area for rigging,
and quite isolated. I need to explore the waters
off of that beach. Nautical charts say that
the depth should be OK a few yards off of the beach,
18 ft deep.
