I have been to Hibernia in March and true it appears to be a great sailing launch. Though I didn't sail that day (too windy & cold for me & wife on the sailboat) there were big ramps relative to LkJordan.
Danny is the resident expert on Kerr, Kimball Point is easy to get to; NE-N winds come over the dam; NW winds also have a long fetch. However you launch in a wind shadow.
I have found that few TBCrs are willing to make a trip to Kerr vs Jordan though I believe the winds are moderately stronger. Hard to beat a 20min trip to Jordan.
These maps are not N-S aligned but should give a good idea of the area.
