Well, there's good news and there's bad news re: chances to sail tomorrow. Good News: forecast is for S 15-20 knots, plus a bermuda high (gen. good for thermals) is building in from the east. Sounds like prime N River sailing conditions, if it weren't for the
Bad News: 50% chance of rain and mostly cloudy skies. As we're all painfully aware, cloudy skies and heavy, humid air sap the energy needed for thermal action.
Got burned last weekend, so I'm feeling pretty skeptical about tomorrow. Plus, as Jean reminded me, I have to work at school until 11am tomorrow morning.
If anyone decides to go, let us know - perhaps you can talk some others into joining you.
