: : : : Would anyone know what the worth of a book called to White House Cookbook would be? It was published in 1887. I have this book and It's very interesting!
: : : I have the same book and am looking for info my self. Please let me know what you already have!!!
: : : My sister has the White House Cookbook (new and enlarged edition). We do know by a photo within the book of Frances Folsom Cleveland dated 1888, it could not be the 1887 edition.
: : Can you provide me with any info about this book and your 1887 book. Thanks, From Idaho

: The same cookbook was given to me by my aunt and was told of a newspaper article posted in the Oakland Tribune. It stated that the book was worth around $900.00. The article was posted in the early 1990's. I am looking for the article myself. If anyone finds out any info please p it on. Thanks, from California
Correction on my posting. I meant to say the book was worth $90.00 not $900.00..After doing more research, I found a book store(online),who was selling it for $75.00. http://search.abaa.org/bib-bin/todealer?l=1070&n=24224&d=Acorn&f=n&m=USD
