I have a copy of GWTW: Title Page - "Gone With The Wind" in blue stencil letters next two lines in blacl "by Margaret Mitchell" in black. Botton two lines: "The Macmillan Company New York". Second page: "Copyright MCMVI, By The Macmillan Company All rights reserved - no part of this book may be reproduced in any form without permission in writing from the publisher, except by a reviewer who wishes to quote brief pages in connection with a review written for inclusion in magazine or newspaper. Printed in the United States of America"
Next page "To J. R. M." next blank, next page half title, next blank, next page is page 1 of text. No dust jacket. Minor rubbing and chipping at corners. Binding has some faults but not broken. I'm not familiar with the ways to detect the first printing, but this seems like a candidate to me. Got this copy from the daughter of the production manager who work on this book for Macmillan. Letter of support.
