well, dwight, you might try some of the cities in
russia, which are pretty good at run ins with the
Mafiya...a bunch of pretty decent chaps actually.
Prague is big with Americans as well...or Brazil is
not too bad...Switzerland is a good place to hole
up but can be a bit pricey, it really depends on what
you want to do? Diamond smuggling? go to amsterdam...
drugs on ground level? go to eastern europe...save the
frigging whales? go to london and join the peaceniks...
