hi! i have to write an essay about hamlet, applying it to this quote:
"A man who wishes to make a profession of goodness in everything must necessarily come to greif among so many who are not good. Therefore, it is necessary for a prince, who wishes to maintain himself, to learn how not to be good, and use this knowledge and not use it, according to the necessity of the case." To what extent do you believe this statement to be a valid essment of Prince Hamlet?
i believe that it is true, but i'm having trouble trying to think of points from the text to support my argument. please help!
either reply here, or send an email to olpphreak@hotmail.com, thanks!
