: : Jessica, : : Because the copyright for most of <B style="color:black;background-color:#ff66ff">Steinbeck's</B> works is still in effect, I don't think you're likely to find a text copy anywhere on the web. The story does appear in the collection entitled "The Long Valley" and you might have some luck ordering a copy online at amazon or somewhere else that might be able to rush a copy to you for some obscene amount of money. The only other place I would suggest is if you have access to any anthologies of American <B style="color:black;background-color:#ffff66">Short </B><B style="color:black;background-color:#A0FFFF">Stories</B>. Usually either "Chrysanthemums" or "<B style="color:black;background-color:#99ff99">Flight</B>" will appear to represent <B style="color:black;background-color:#ff66ff">Steinbeck</B>.
