Because the copyright for most of Steinbeck's works is still in effect, I don't think you're likely to find a text copy anywhere on the web. The story does appear in the collection entitled "The Long Valley" and you might have some luck ordering a copy online at amazon or somewhere else that might be able to rush a copy to you for some obscene amount of money. The only other place I would suggest is if you have access to any anthologies of American Short Stories. Usually either "Chrysanthemums" or "Flight" will appear to represent Steinbeck. Hope that helps.
