I read some of his work through a collection
of zen poetry that included the works of
our friend ginsberg, my brother was lucky enough to meet him in france awhile back (ginsburg.)
my exposure to synder has been through my reading of kerouac and borroughs really, and my admiration for their dharma bum existence.. i like synders attitude certainly, the way he cooks out under the stars, the way he leaps from rock to rock.. i used to do that and my knees packed in. yah hup..
im presently involving myself in contemporary so called amature poetry, because by thunder, these fu.CkIc
cking so called artists out there have bought into the consumer market, and they can go scrrew..
i only see real when people arent wheeling dealing.. yah.. check out some of the stuff at meanie.com..
