Shimpus has a Karl Rove of his own telling him each move to make. Shikus is as stupid as Bush and Shimpus' monkey trainer was a George Ryan fund raiser and front office program manager.

Some in Central and Southern Illinois's people can't feed their own family and our Dolt Congressman in Washington/Iraqi wants to spend close to 100 Billion out the country. Please come back to our district Mr. Money Bags. We know your George Ryan staff has taught you well with Fundraising. It apparently has done you well with glad-handing Mr. Rove and W. Bush.


Shimkus said he hopes Iraq can begin to feed its own people and resume its place as an exporter of food.

Elsewhere, Shimkus said it was good to see commerce. Young men were on the side of the road selling $5 and $10 cans of gasoline to people who didn't want to wait in line to buy it. Small shops and street vendors are beginning to sell flowers and fruit.

Money is needed to rebuild and repair Iraq, bringing its citizens a minimum standard of living, Shimkus said. He supports President Bush's $87 billion request for military operations and reconstruction in Iraq and Afghanistan.
