On further reflextion ,perhaps E=+Mc^2 is correct,and further to my thoughts obout the ability of light or at least some of its components to travel back in time ,i gather that there is evidence that light particles or waves may have a {kimph] or shell ,it may be possible that this is the way light particles or waves sustain thier energy on thier journey between any given points
