: Is anyone here interested in lighthouses and the Outer Banks of NC?
Yes I am. I have trip to the Outer Banks scheduled in June. I have always been intrigued by lighthouses since I was a small child and my Grandparents took me to Jekyll Island in GA. I have visited several lighthouses since then and remain enthralled by the beauty and peace surrounding them. I am researching the history of the lighthouse(s) of the Outer Banks now, as it seems to add to the experience if you know the history behind the structure. Please let me know if you have any information, or know of any resources that would be helpful.
