Your definitions are incorrect. A lack of belief in God is negative atheism. A positive belief that God does not exist is positive athiesm. The belief that we must have more information to make a conclusion is agnosticism. Negative atheism requires ignorance of the concept of God. Until I was in the seventh grade, I was a negative atheist, because I didn't know God was something actually meant to believed in. I did not yet form any opposing belief because I did not understand there was something to be opposed. Nevertheless, positive atheism is no more of a belief system than somebody that says, "I am conscious."
