I think this was just an invention of the TV show Hercules, not a real Greek Myth.
The closest I have come across it the Cerynitian Hind, the golden horned deer sacred to Artemis which Heracles was sent to capture. It was said to have been one of five of the creatures gifted to Artemis by the Pleiad Taygete. The Cerynitian hind was set free and other four set to drive Artemis' chariot.
There were female Centaurs, however, in Greek Mythology. Ovid mentions one named Hylonome who was killed in the Centaur war with the Lapiths. Others were depicted in ancient Greek art.
I reccomend this site if you are interested in this.
