Hello! My name is Alexei. I’ m from Moldova (former Soviet Union republic). I work as journalist in news agency. I like Melvill‘s works in particular his greatest novel. I defended my theses on Moby Dick. Having no access to American sources, I was trying to prove that this book, as the author himself said, is Gospel of his century. I attempted to analyze the biblical idea and the philosophy of this novel. I’d like to have more materials on Melville and his works, to exchange opinions with others. Can you help me? I’ll be very obliged to you.
