I don't know of any scriptures which propose or reject the notion of aliens. But, I suppose that if we ran across one the Golden Rule would apply. All kidding aside, the bible as a whole is not the best resource for historical proof for the existance or nonexistance of aliens. On a spiritual plane the bible concerns itself more with the supernatural vs natural as opposed to the Extra-natural.
