: : : I'm glad you posted so I will know that there is someone in cyber space that I can pray for :)hehe Many people have tried to prove the bible is wrong but in doing so they have proved it right:) So why don't you try & maybe you will get saved:) Welp have a nice day:)
: : thank you. don't look back. praying with you.
: I highly doubt ANYONE will EVER see this, but I'm going to write it just the same...
: I agree with the first guy, the bible is stupid,
: there is absolutly no way you can prove jesus ever
: existed. Hell, maybe some drunk guys went out and
: said, "Hey, lets all make a book that will trick
: people into blindly beleiving in stupid things!"
: But I doubt it. And why do people think that
: their religion is right? There were NUMEROUS gods
: that had millions of followers before yours, I don't
: really remember their names, but it was something
: like El, o-golur and some other weird stuff, but
: they all had millions of followers. Maybe god was
: just intvented to to explain things, and maybe in
: a couple thousand years christianity will be no
: more than what greek mythology is to us now. Well,
: this has become incredibly long and drawn out, so I'll
: stop now. Hell, no one will ever read this EVER.
: Anywayz, if you actually are reading this right now
: I want you to send an email to Leayandor@yahoo.com
: because I want mail. I don't care what you send me
: as long as you say you saw me here. And if you want to
: discuss this I gladly would. Thank you for your time
: if you even made it this far.

: -Leayandor, arguing just for the hell of it.
: The Bible proved itself by accurately prophesying events hundreds of years before they happened. See askapastor.org for a list of 48 fulfilled prophesies. And God himself said in Isaiah 45:21 that he foretold future events. In addition, thousands of people personally witnessed Jesus perform miracles and raise people from the dead. Another 500 saw him after he rose from the dead and watched him ascend into heaven. In any court of law at any time in the history of the world, any event would have been deemed true that was testified to by at least 500 people. Why doesn't Jesus deserve the same consideration? The King James Bible is the only book which accurately predicted future events. The prophesies were written by different prophets at different times in different locations. The descriptions of the predicted events were written by another set of different men at different times in different locations. There is no way all these people were aware of each other's works hundreds of years and miles apart.
Be careful about degrading God and the Bible if you haven't read it. A decision about eternity should at least be backed up with some study.
