: MY OPINION ABOUT THE CALL OF THE WILD IS… : I think people do need to read “The Call of the Wild” because it is a good book. It is kind of sad and it can be confusing, but it is still a good book. I don’t think that a dog should be treated like that. It is a shame how Buck, a dog, got treated. It really is a good book to read. I don’t think that those dogs should have been trying to beat up Buck. I didn’t really like Sol-leks because he was always trying to hurt Buck and be the leader. : It is a good book because it is showing you what Buck had to go through being stolen from his master and sold to a stranger for money. Buck had to survive on his own or he would have died. The story is also telling us never to give up your faith in yourself, never let anyone treat you different. I think that Buck is a good dog. I think everyone should read this book especially children. It has a good message to the book. Buck also had to take care of his self, find his own food and shelter. Buck was not really use too being out in the wild. At the end of the story, I thought it was good because Buck met his new brother. The Indians thought Buck was a ghost dog. I really enjoyed reading “The Call of the Wild”!!!
