OK, Mr. Sweeping Generalization, it may interest you to know that I haven't once picked up a beer can or in any way consumed alcohol while at Dartmouth. What do you say to that?
: Oh yes, Dartmouth is such an interesting place. With all the cultural activity and bustle of the rural new hampshire farmlife, it is no wonder that such a great number of Dartmouth students spend their free time in a drunken stupor. What a terrible place to spend 4 years!!!!

: : Despite your parenthesized wishes, I am quite offended by your little "rotting away" remark. Certainly, one can easily rot away at Cornell, a school which is simply ludicrously large in every possibly way. But Dartmouth? No, no one rots at Dartmouth! Dartmouth is, in many ways, unique among the institutions of the Ivy League. Good luck rotting away among a relatively small group of brilliant and vibrant young men and women! Good luck rotting away at a school almost entirely centered on undergraduate education, in contrast to other schools like Harvard, Cornell, and, your rather pitiful example, Johns Hopkins University. (And good luck rotting away in the fresh mountain air!) No one rots away in Hanover. It's simply not possible
