You sound prepared as far as grades go - my best advice is -- work hard on your application. Send in tapes of you playing football while standing on one leg with a violin in one hand and a paintbrush in the other (i.e., send in video, audio, or slides of whatever extracurricular activity would apply) - trust me, it works and makes the difference when an admissions officer is choosing to eliminate 40 out of the 50 people in his pile. and do well in your interview and application essay. And don't sweat it -- wherever you get in, you'll like it. I like Harvard a lot myself, but in many ways it's not necessarily the best road for everyone - lots of academic and extracurricular pressure and heavy competition for good grades (at least I feel this competitiveness).
