Quick question, I'm looked for a Dostoyevsky quote and I can't seem to find it. It goes something, 'The fairness (or goodness or something) of a society is not based on how it treats its lawful citizens, but on how it treats its criminals.' Anyone know what I'm talking about and/or where I could find the exact quote? Thanks..
