I think this poem is great. The alliteration is great. I feel sorry for the wife for having been in a crummy relashionship with the useless guy. The house symbolises a ship as a metaphor and there are some more aswell. This poem also has an onomatopoeia in it. At the end the author mentions stones screaming about the marriage.
If you can find any more advanced things in this poem e-mail me. But don't use the name C. Cole use the name A. Gould.
