Well its now been more than a month and it does not appear that charges will be filed at all by the district attorney on anyone. Come to find out, the attacker has a previous ult at a club just a couple months prior which nothing was done about either and no charges filed. I called the Internal Affairs office because the police officer toned down the 911 call to my knowledge to be inconclusive, it was a one sentence describing describing a lot of yelling. If that was all there was on there than how did the police know the location of my wife when she was the only one who called the police that night. Well, it appears the Interal Affairs is that in name only because he never responding to my voice mail about checking out the 911 phone call. It seems like a travesty of justice to allow a women to get away with this type of ault and there doen't appear to be any recourse. The count is my wife more than 10 penalties, the attacker 0.
