I agree with the seatbeat rule. I believe in our constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness. I think the problem is our current system of justice, the Statutory Jurisdiction was never mentioned in our constitution. The spirit of the constitution in my opinion is to give us freedom within the limits that we not infringe on others rights. HOWEVER, I believe there is more than just a common law. What kind of world would it be with people making fools of themselves, going 70 in a 25 zone outside your house. I agree they went to far with the seatbeat thing but how do you buckle the system? It seems to me that you have to be working within that system and make changes from the inside. Thanks alot.
