well start with this law...
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > Sec. 241.
- Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated ual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated ual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death
now that you know the law, you may want to file charges against what ever officer of the court is violating it....oficers of the court are: clerks, police, lawyers, judges, procecuters, all of them... and too top it off anyoe violating these rights is under the gun.....
so ehat do you do????? get it recorded in your court case file by going down and entering it into your case record at the clerks office...
remember all court papers have to be in 15 days before a hearing, trial date., ect.
so be brave and flaunt the truth...... you have nothing to loose and every thing too gain.....

: I have been involved in a horrible, ugly custody battle. The last time we met with the court conciliator to try to resolve our case, he entered into the order that I could (1)not move out of my current school district(though the other party doesn't even live in my school district); and (2)I could not cohabitate with my significant other. This, especially number two, seems to be a BIG infringement on my civil liberties. Am I right? Where can I go for help?
