Hi
I had some very bad lawyers that could not give me a good defence. All the way to the court of appeals.
I lost because they did not even look at all the evidence I provided. So I wrote a brief to the Supreme Court of Ohio....It was very well done, but with their load I was not given jurisdiction. Now there is a 30 day jail sentence on me. I have claimed a constitutional violation since the begining. The only problem I have now Is HOW can I file to get heard by the federal court? Do I have to file a habeas corpus? even though I am not in jail yet, or do I have to go to jail and while in jail, file a habeas corpus.
Thank You
