I bought a pony which my boyfriends daughter rode while she lived with us. now that she is now longer living with us the judge told me I must GIVE her the pony ANd pay 250 a mo. board. The pony was paid for by me, not her father. All the bills for the pony have been paid by me, shoeing, vet. ect. THe judge said it would be "emotional Abuse" not letting her keep the pony. This pony had also been leased out for a yr. as a lesson horse, as she wasn't riding it or caring for it. I paid $3500.00 for this pony, not a small investment for me. I am in NJ. Are there any similar cases like this? I am getting an attorney to appeal, but would like some other imput. thank you. Please reply at this site or e-mail me!
