My neighbor is taking picutes of my household, freinds, contractors. they have questiond the gas dept.,water dept, even my septic contractor. Today they followed my daughter. the police say their not breaking the law. In June98 I pulled a permit to do work on my home. Sept 98 i called the police on their barking dog. Today they followed my daughter. They have been to every board on the town to stop work im doing. Is this not harment ? What can i do.? At this point my husband is talking about selling instead of repairing. I don't want to go that easy.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
