My neighbor is taking pictures of my household, freinds, and contractors. They questioned the gas dept., water dept, the septic repair contractor.I pulled a permit in June 1998 to do work on my house. Sept.98 I called the police on their barking dog. About Oct.98 they questioned every board on the town regarding my property. Today they followed my daughter. Is this a form of harment, invasion of privacey? It's coming to the point Im thinking of selling instead of refurbishing.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
