I need any examples of law regarding distance or measurment. IE zoning,DUI, speeding. And any examples of cases that the state could not continue the cases or rthe case was dropped because the lack of Sceintific means in gathering evidence. IE incorect radar readings, incorrect breatalizer use. etc.
Does anyone know of any law regarding distance that requires no sceintific means for enforcement. PLEASE HELP
