I would need a direct quote from Picture This. The quote I am looking for is what Aristotle realises in the wall of New York Museum of Modern Art about the economics behind the price of paintings (it was something like because there are so vast amounts of poor people around, and only few old paintings, due to the laws of scarcity, the paintings cost more, but I would need that part exactly as it is in the book), Thanks
