The closest I know of is in Out of the Silent Plant when Ransom is with Augray and the other Sorns and one says, in talking about why humans act the way they do, "It is because everyone of them wants to be a little Oyarsa himself", but this may not be what your looking for because Oyarsa is the "archangel" of Malacandra and not Christ.
