Welcome, Matt! Although I'm not intimately familiar with the software packages you mention, it's possible that they differ because of the location. Make sure you are accurate when inputting your location. Latitude and Longitude can be found from several map browsers available online. There's a particularly simple one I have linked on my site. You just type in your address and it returns Lat., Long. and a map. Pretty cool!
BTW, my favorite program is Earth Centered Universe. It's reasonable priced, resonably accurate and has lots of features, too. I hope this helps.
